LP Spins Vol.1 "Naughty"

LP tracks are where it's at. Almost always underplayed next to their 12" brothers and 45 sisters. The 1980 LP "Naughty" by Chacka Khan is a good example, the opening track "Clouds" got all the attention, here is a couple of classy numbers from the same LP.

Headphone Confusion?

After reading a post on Soul Strut about how this intro also melted others brains i thought id drop you my very little Billy Ocean Edit so you dont have to go cross-eyed getting the half timing on the intro correct.

ALL THE DRUG PUSHAAAS THEN - FUCK AFFFFF!!!

I was a big fan of the Record Label Shut Up and Dance back in the early 90s and saw the labels most succesfull artists, "The Ragga Twins" on stage a couple of times. The first time was live at Pure (Legendary techno night in edinburgh) and then a few years later at Resurection (Large UK Rave). The New soul jazz comp (Ragga Twins Step Out!) is fucking awsome but is disapointed that they missed out one of my favatore tracks which i still play in disco and boogie sets. LP track only fuck knows why this was never a 12" maybe to soft at the time but its very NOW.

Serato and Jazzman team up

Should be going to the plant with the first commercial Serato 7" in the next few days. Side A
features the super rare funk classic "Mr. Clean - What's going on", flip it you have the Serato control tone. You can get some jazzman promo MP3's on whitelabel.net also if you own scratch live!

Serato VCI-300 - where have you been all my life!

Just got my serato/numark vci-300 after a 4 month wait and i have to say i prefer it to full blown Serato Scratch. Not having to wire up a big pile of leads makes life easier. I love not touching my laptop.
